Introduction
The employee roster file is a crucial part of what drives the experience within Luum. Most customers automatically send a roster file that is automatically processed by Luum each day via roster file integration. To check the status of a Roster File click on this link. For any Warnings on the Roster status page, you can click on View Details under the right hand Details column to see the associated error code. This article outlines the possible error codes and what they indicate. Use this to help with roster file issues.
Error Code | Description |
MissingCompanyEmployeeID | The CompanyEmployeeID field is mandatory and needed for roster processing. |
MissingBadgeNumber | Badge numbers are mandatory in badgeassignment. |
InvalidEmailAddress | Email address needs to be a valid and not NULL. |
Emailconflict | The same EmailID is provided for more than one employee. It has to be unique 1:1. |
BadgeAssignmentConflict | The same BadgeID is assigned to more than one employee. It has to be unique 1:1. |
NewWorksite | A new Worksite ID came in for a non-active worksite. See New Worksite Alert. |
NewExtendedEmployeeFieldValue | A required Extended Data Field was sent as Null. |
InvalidExtendedEmployeeFieldID | An Extended Data value was sent for a field that is not expected. |
MissingRequiredExtendedEmployeeField | The expected Extended Data Field was not sent. |
EmployerUpdate_WorksiteUnset | The Worksite sent in roster is Null. |
EmployerUpdate_WorksiteUnknown | A Worksite ID which is not already assigned to the customer was sent. |
InvalidPayPeriodType | The PayperiodDefinitionID sent in roster is invalid for the customer. |
BadgeAssignmentWithoutEmployerBadgeType | An Employee Badge Type was not provided. |
BadgeAssignmentWithFacilityCode | The BatchAssignment was sent with a facility code, but BadgeType sent does not have a facility code assigned. |
BadgeAssignmentWithoutFacilityCode | The BatchAssignment was NOT sent with a facility code, but BadgeType has an assigned facility code. |
BadgeAssignmentWithUnknownFacilityCode | The BatchType has a FacilityCode assigned, but the sent FacilityCode was not recognized. |
RosterGroupEvaluationError | The Roster data sent does not satisfy the RosterRule set. |
NetworkIDConflict | The NetworkID was not sent or was sent as a duplicate assignment. |
IncompleteName | Either the First or Last name was null. |
